After booking is there anything else I need to do?

No, once the booking has been accepted and you have paid, we will arrange delivery and collection of the tribute with your chosen funeral directors.

How far in advance should I book?

When booking, the calendar will show the dates & times available for each individual floral tribute. So please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Do you offer floral tributes to keep?

How long is the hire period?

The booking is for the whole day. You choose the time of your funeral service and leave the rest to us. We will ensure the arrangement is delivered directly to your chosen funeral directors ahead of time, ready for the service and we will collect from the funeral directors afterwards.

How do I book?

Step 1 – Browse through our selection of floral tributes.

Step 2 – Once you have made your choice, simply click on ‘Book’.

Step 3 –  Choose the time and date of the funeral service. Complete the booking form. Enter your personal details (Name, address, email address, telephone number).  Select the funeral directors that are organising the service. Add any further information in the message box.

Step 4 - Pay. We will confirm your booking by email within 24 hours. We will also contact the funeral directors to confirm the details of delivery and collection of your chosen floral tribute.

Question 6

Can I take a part of the tribute as a keepsake?

Accepted Answer

No flowers or foliage can be removed from the tribute. If the tribute is not returned to the funeral directors intact, you, the booker of the service, will be liable for the cost of damages, which where necessary will be legally enforced.

Other families will have booked this tribute and therefore we ask you respect this in order to not affect their ceremony.

If the date of the funeral changes, can I change the booking or cancel it?

Yes. You can amend the booking up to 24 hours before the day of the booking by calling us, subject to availability. Please call us on 07537 132425 and we can help you.

Question 8

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Bookings may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the booking date to receive a full refund. Any cancellations made to the booking less than 24 hours before the day of the booking, will be charged in full. Any amendments made will be subject to availability.
