1.1 All Products on this website are available in Southampton, Hampshire, UK, with deliveries to specified funeral directors only, see About Us.
1.2 In the event that we are unable to supply the tribute, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full.
Prices
2.1 Prices include VAT.
Order / Payments
3.1 During booking you will be required to provide us with your personal details, time of the funeral, funeral directors and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the 'complete order’ button on the booking form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions.
3.2 We cannot accept bookings from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Delivery
4.1 Price includes delivery and collection from the funeral directors listed.
4.2 We will advise you by email within 24 hours that your booking has been confirmed, booking details and the delivery address of the funeral directors.
4.3 If the funeral directors you are using are not listed, please contact us by email or phone to see if we can accommodate your request.
Cancellation
5.1 Bookings may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date to receive a full refund.
5.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact us using the contact details.

7.1 Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that this website is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the website and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the website impossible or impractical.

8.5 All tributes hired are subject to availability and you will be notified within 48hrs of booking if your request to book has been accepted.

Damage & Missing Tribute Elements
9.1 No flowers or foliage can be removed from the tribute. If the tribute is not returned to the funeral directors intact, you, the booker of the service, will be liable for the cost of replacing the missing flowers and/or foliage and/or damage, which where necessary will be legally enforced. If you require a keepsake, please contact us.
